Its businesses comprise of taxis, reserved cars, express cars, rides sharing, designated drivers and bus services. Didi announced the acquisition of Uber China on 1^st August 2016, and upon successful acquisition its domestic market share will exceed 90%. Utrust International has successfully invested in Didi before the acquisition.
