Utrust International completed the equity replacement of Phase I investment of Asia Clean Energy Fund (ACE) on 20thApril, 2016,which has successfully acquired shares of Macau Electric Company. ACE was jointly established by Utrust International, Three Gorges Group and E fund Company.
