AIA Group Limited (1299.HK) was successfully listed on the HongKong Stock Exchange on 29th October 2010, Utrust International invested in the IPO.

AIA, founded in 1919, is the leading enterprises of insurance industry in Asia-Pacific region,with business spanning more than 15 markets. The company provides comprehensive products and services, covering accident and health insurance, life insurance and retirement plans. In addition, AIA also provides employee benefits, credit insurance, and retirement security service for corporate clients. AIA group has the biggest market share in six regional market based on life insurance premium. AIA also has the only wholly-foreign owned insurance licence in mainland China.
